Lesson 0: Three Pre Instruction Drawings

Thus begins the journey...

In honor of Nicolas Cage's birthday, I drew a portrait of him (and myself).
The first was from memory, the second was from a (twitter) photograph.

I guess I was never that good at recognizing faces, so that explains that first drawing.

The 3rd practice was my non-dominant hand.

My hand cramped during my first attempt. I was using a utility knife blade to sharpen my pencil, so I decided to draw it.
